About the space
Enjoy this charming 3 bedroom 1 bathroom single family residence. Beautifully furnished in the wonderful, centrally located Sunnyvale Community. Fair oaks park is within ten minutes' walk. Easy access to Highway 101. Within 10 minutes' drive to Levis Stadium. It will be the perfect location for your stay.
Our house has a spacious and modern design. There are three bedrooms with three Queen size bed that can accommodate up to six people.
Guests can use our full kitchen if they want to cook a homemade meal. All kitchen appliances are newly purchased. The dinning room has space for up to six guests. The dinning table is extendable.
The open living room is great for relaxing and watching TV.
The home receives a good amount of natural light. We have a beautiful spacious backyard for getting some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful California sunshine.
Security: We provide ADT smart alarm system including security camera covering the front door and the garage and indoor motion sensors. We do our best to ensure your safety.
Generally, guests have access to the whole house except the backyard storage room.

Quiet, residential neighborhood! Nearby is Fair Oaks Park where you can relax yourself by taking a walk, playing tennis or doing some exercise!
7-Eleven is just one block away within 5 minutes of walking distance. Costco is about 2 miles away.
We're about 1.9 mile away from Sunnyvale CalTrain station. CalTrain is the best way to travel north to SF or south to San Jose in comfort. It also has transfers to San Francisco and San Jose airports.
Levis Stadium is 3.8 mile away from my house. It's only a 8-minute drive. If you don't drive, Bus 55 to Levis Stadium stops one block away from the house.
There are great places for having fun, such as the Intel Museum and Great American. Both of them are not far away.
