About the space
Our charming Victorian is located in downtown San Francisco, within walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, and the Theater District. This furnished studio has hardwood floors, a sleigh bed and it faces the back of the building which makes it more quiet. The apartment has a private kitchen, bathroom & internet. This is a great hotel alternative!

Our furnished studio has been remodeled yet still retains Victorian charm. This apartment has hardwood floors, a sleigh bed, a Smart TV and it faces the back of the building so it's more quiet. It comes completely furnished with sheets & towels, pots & pans, etc. It has a private kitchen, bathroom, basic cable and wireless internet. All of the utilities, cable and internet are included for the first 3 months.
As our guest, you will have full access to your apartment, plus a shared laundry room and a mailbox you can use during your stay.
During your stay, we have a maintenance line you can call if anything breaks down.
This building is on the border of multiple neighborhoods which includes the Tenderloin. It is also right next to the Hilton San Francisco. The neighborhood is on the nitty-gritty side with homelessness prevalent. That being said, there are also many famous tourist attractions close by such as the cable cars and Ferry Building. There is a great mall nearby called the West Field Shopping Center. Some of our favorite restaurants and bars within walking distance include Brenda's French Soul Food, Borobudur (Indonesian) and Bourbon and Branch (an original speakeasy).
We are 4 blocks from the Powell Street BART station which offers easy public transportation. Garages in the neighborhood rent for about $300/month.
We require a signed lease at move in.
