About the space
This college living apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath. Each resident living under the same roof gets their own private bathroom and walk in closet. Everything is paid for except electric which the roommates split 3 ways. It’s under one persons name and you can venmo, cash app, or transfer however you prefer to said person. Wifi is already set up. Some inside apartment perks are in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker. My roommates are both college students and would prefer another college student but if you are a non college student we could talk to my leasing manager and she would be open to other available options in the complex. I didn’t list real life pictures of the inside of the property as I wanted to respect my roommates privacy. But I listed some pictures from the apartment site and my leasing manager is always doing tours. The complex itself has study rooms, a private movie room you can rent out, a gym, pool, volleyball court, and a pool table. The neighbors here are very kind and friendly, quiet, and welcoming. We have a building group chat in case we ever need to communicate all together. Staff is very friendly and flexible. They’ve even helped me when I had financial problems once. You don’t have to get much for the shared living space unless you’d like because one of my roommates was kind enough to buy a lot of the necessities. One of my roommates has two boy cats who are very friendly, tame, and trained. If you’re not a cat person or allergic then I wouldn’t recommend but if you’re pet friendly then it shouldn’t be a problem. I love the boys. If you have any questions I’d be happy to answer and also include my leasing manager over email as she responds very fast. She’s open to touring, having a meeting to discuss further details, and anything you’d need to set you up at this complex. I love living here I’ve had no problems I’m moving because I’m financially stable enough to live in a one bedroom on my own now which is what I prefer.
