Comfortable 2bed/2bath unit in north university city / Powelton Village. Roommate is a medical student who is very kind and flexible. We like to run a community-centered home where we share food and cook for one another. I am leaving for 9 months of studying abroad. Two level unit with gorgeous chestnut hardwood floors, that comes furnished for this sublet time. Flexibility exists regarding the dates of the sublet and what furniture remains / is moved. Tenant will have access to an empty closet and storage for their own clothing. The unit comes with a dishwasher, a television with a comfortable couch, kitchen appliances, garbage disposal, refrigerator with freezer, in unit washer and dryer. There are 2 private kinds of outdoor space to be enjoyed by the tenant, including a back patio and a garden as well. The apartment is kept clean and receives a good amount of natural light.
