This is a cozy little apartment that comes with all the necessary features and more. It is a part of a three room apartment which will come with two male roommates. They are respectful, clean, and friendly. If any trouble is had the apartments can grant you a change of room to an apartment with people who fit your desired roommate qualities. It comes with a kitchen, private bathroom, in-unit laundry, a big closet, a comfortable bedroom, and a good air conditioning system. It is located on the outer edge of town but its is still a very close drive to KU and even has a bus stop at the entrance for a bus that takes you to wherever you need to be in Lawrence. It comes with many great amenities like the pool, game room, gym, volleyball court, basketball court, study rooms (with good computers, printers, and boards), and an outside recreational space. The Helix24 apartments also have many events and activities for all residents to engage in such as pool parties, movie nights, volleyball tournaments and much more to bring excitement and enjoyment to an already fantastic community. Not to mention that you will be getting a far better experience here than any other apartment complex in the city especially KU housing.
