About the space
This condo is a cozy place to relax. Full kitchen, comfy bed in a clean and spacious environment. Now with an AC unit.
If you are not familiar with Long Beach you may not be aware how revered it is to have a parking spot. Long Beach is notorious for the lack of parking available. The cozy condo has the garage and the spot in front of the garage.
The condo is 10 blocks from the beach and a few miles from downtown, the convention center and Belmont Shores. Just a few blocks to trendy Vintage Row where you will find funky restaurants, shops, and the Arts Theater. The area is in process of re-gentrification, but it's a work still on process. Some our guests find that it is a bit edgy, others are not bothered by it at all.
While the street is mostly residential there is traffic going by and the condo is on the ground floor which means it can be hear the traffic and street noise from inside the condo. If you are a light sleeper or need quiet this condo may not be for you.
