About the space
Private room and bathroom for rent coming Fall 2023! The photos of the room are a little outdated from when we moved in, but it will be completely empty. Females only please! Here’s the features:

- we average only about $100 in utilities every month and that includes Wi-Fi, trash, gas, water, and electric!
Me and my roommate (2 girls on the outside of the pic) will be seniors in the Visual Communications program. We’re pretty quiet and are usually working or doing homework. We are both relatively clean and like to keep the house that way. We also have a super sweet foster pup who loves everyone! All I ask is no smoking or vaping because I am allergic :)
