It has a workspace with a desk/chair in the private room and fast WiFi connection for WFH. You can prepare your own food with the full-size kitchen and dining area. Clean comforter, pillow, and linens are ready for your rest at your arrival. We provide weekly cleaning for the common areas to keep the shared space clean and organized. Daily supplies such as toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning tools are also provided for you and other housemates. Woodside is in a safe neighborhood and is close to the subway and bus stops. There are several supermarkets, laundromats, and restaurants in the area. 10 mins from Jackson Hts Roosevelt Ave Station (E, F, M, R, 7 train) 11 mins from 69 St station (7 train) - This private room is in a 4 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on the second floor in a historic townhouse - Shared Bathroom, Shared kitchen, kitchen equipment, tableware - Free Wi-Fi - Comforter, pillow, mattress and bed sheets are provided. *Bed in the picture is twin size but it's replaced with a full size bed. Do not light candles or use incense.
No smoking inside.

2. Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom.
3. ALMOST all rooms have closet with a lock to store valuables.
4. Overnight guests are subject for approval and FEE. Overnight guests stay is 7 nights maximum only! You will be responsible for your overnight guest.
5. We have a STRICT quiet hours between 10pm to 10am. Please respect other guests/roommates.
6. (June through September) AC is installed during the summer time only and may be removed during cold season.
7. (October through May) Heating will only be turn on from if outside temperature drops below 55°F
8. No shoes inside.
9. NO TOWEL PROVIDED.

11. Please respect the spaces and keep them clean.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
