Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance right across the park. Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday. The studio has vinyl floors throughout. You will have a personal fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air. You will have access to BBQ, private outside patio seating, 1 reserved parking space and anything inside of your apartment. High Speed Fiber WIFI Internet is shared, Digital HD TV with DVR and Amazon Firestick Media Device for Apps. Guest is responsible for Utilities (+/- $125/month) for any stay more than 1 month. Our office in in the same building. However, we will not be bothering you during your stay. We are always available if you need anything. Sleeping Layout: 1 Queen Sleeps 2 in Queen Bed Parking: For 1 small car in reserved parking spot. Also Large parking lot steps away as well. Walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Market, Bars/Pubs. Drive less than 5 minutes to Seaworld, 10 minutes from Gaslamp/Downtown, Balboa Park, Petco Park and Qualcomm Stadium NO ANIMALS. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Parties are strictly prohibited.

No Pets: animals present on property will result in immediate eviction with no refunds
No parties, excessive noise, or irresponsible activity. $500.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Management may elect to terminate tenancy resulting in IMMEDIATE EVICTION with NO REFUND. (Quiet Hours Start at 10PM)
No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned and sanitized before each occupancy and is in good condition.
Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy

The security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 60 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
