Experience downtown living in the Old Mountain View Neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley. You will have the upstairs unit of a larger home, with a private entrance. Easy commute to many famous hi-tech companies.
1 bedroom, 1 bath, 500 sq ft (47 sq meters). Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Living room has a full sized sleeper sofa. It is older so no promises on how comfortable this will be. Please keep that in mind if reserving. This can also become a 4Br/3Ba with 2 full kitchen home by combining the downstairs unit.
There is wireless internet access and cable TV with Movies and Sports package.
The 1Br/1Ba unit does not have laundry facilities, but it's a 3 minute walk to the closest laundromat. This unit also does not have access to the backyard.
Our home is walking distance to downtown Mountain View's Castro St with hundreds of restaurants of every nationality.
Although close to so many things, this home is still on a very quiet, VERY family-friendly residential street. And there also might be other Guests staying in the downstairs unit of the home. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors or other Guests, we're confident this is not the right listing for you. Thanks for understanding. Not much traffic as there is no through traffic in this neighborhood.
A private 1Br/1Ba unit with full kitchen (regular sized appliances).
This is a 1Br/1Ba unit which is part of a larger home. It has a completely private entrance and is completely separate from the other 3Br/2Ba unit.
We will not be staying there at all during our Guest's stay. We try our best to meet the Guest when they move in to show them around and at the end to collect the keys. However, we also have a secure process to exchange keys even when we cannot meet. We also live downtown Mtn View and are always available 24/7 by email, text or phone during your stay. Some guests like to interact a lot, asking for recommendations on restaurants, kid's activities, local outdoor activities, etc. Others we hear from at the beginning and then the end only. Whatever the Guest prefers!
Our home is in the heart of the Old Mountain View Neighborhood, walking distance from vibrant downtown Castro St. The people of Old Mountain View love their neighborhood and are very proud of it. We think our Guests will love it as well!
Although walking distance to downtown and over 100 restaurants, this home is on a very family friendly quiet residential street. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors, we're confident this is not the listing for you. Thanks for understanding.
