Main bedroom has a Queen size bed and windows on two sides.
Second bedroom has a Single over Queen bunk bed.
Third bedroom has a Single over Queen bunk bed with a Single pull-out trundle (so 3 beds).
So a total of 6 beds; 3 Queens and 3 Singles.
Recently remodeled kitchen with very modern appliances.
Living Room and a separate family room with large TV with full movie and sports cable package.
This can also become a 4Br/3Ba with 2 full kitchens home by combining the additional 1Br/1Ba unit about the garage that has its own private entrance AND a way to connect from inside the larger home.
There is wireless internet access and cable TV with Movies and Sports package. Private backyard.
Although close to so many things, this home is still on a very quiet, VERY family-friendly residential street. And there also could be a Guests staying in the upstairs unit. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors or other Guests, we're confident this is not the right listing for you. Thanks for understanding. Not much traffic as there is no through traffic in this neighborhood.
With the summer demand in downtown Mountain View, we usually rent this home to one Guest for the full 3 months of Jun/Jul/Aug. So PLEASE do not make a reservation request for that period for any shorter than 2 months. You can feel free to send us an inquiry and we can update you, but PLEASE do not send an actual reservation for the summer months.
We rent our entire property so we will not be staying there at all during our Guest's stay. We try our best to meet the Guest when they move in to show them around and at the end to collect the keys. However, we also have a secure process to exchange keys even when we cannot meet. We also live downtown Mtn View and are always available 24/7 by email, text or phone during your stay. Some guests like to interact a lot, asking for recommendations on restaurants, kid's activities, local outdoor activities, etc. Others we hear from at the beginning and then the end only. Whatever the Guest prefers!
Our home is in the heart of the Old Mountain View Neighborhood, walking distance from vibrant downtown Castro St. The people of Old Mountain View love their neighborhood and are very proud of it. We think our Guests will love it as well!
Although walking distance to downtown and over 100 restaurants, this home is on a very family friendly quiet residential street. If you're doing anything that may create excessive noise or any problems for the neighbors, we're confident this is not the listing for you. Thanks for understanding.
