About the space

Our Firehouse Loft is centrally-located, a short drive to all Springfield has to offer and within strolling distance to shopping and international dining of the popular C-Street Historic District. Our bright, colorful loft has 3 private bedrooms and 2 living areas, each with a day bed and futon or couch. The entire second floor is 2,500 square feet with windows (with amazing views of the historic district and down Boonville towards downtown) on 3 of its 4 sides. Its linear floor plan suits night owls & early risers alike or large families; there's plenty of space to visit in the spacious, colorful kitchen area or to be quiet in one of the living areas. The Firehouse Loft's private stairwell entry features a keypad entry system and there is plenty of parking just across the street or on our private lot out back. Our kitchen is perfect for baking or cooking, complete with pots, pans, utensils, china, silverware etc. It has coffee pot, microwave and toaster as well and plenty of sheets, towels and blankets. Other things to note: We provide complete recycling bins and a compost bucket for our guests to help support leaving a gentle footprint on our planet.
