About the space
Looking to fill this space while I study abroad. My room has a full desk, brand new AC unit, queen bed and closet. My room is on the other side of the apartment away from the three other bedrooms, so you would have a lot of privacy. Right next to it is a shared bathroom (with only one other person), the kitchen, patio, living room, and cleaning closet. We love to cook, so you'd have access to our spice drawer as well. Since we provide so much of the space already you would not have to move in much besides your clothing or other miscellaneous belongings.
We live on 54th and Woodlawn. We're right next to 53rd street so shopping/eating out is really convenient, but campus is still very close to us. The space and neighborhood is super comfortable, and we have not even finished decorating the apartment yet. I think anyone looking for housing in Spring will find that this is a steal. You could start moving in during spring break but would move out around May 18th. I'd start flying back that night likely. If you'd like to tour the space just send me a message.
