Fully Furnished Room Walking Distance to UW

About the space

I am a UW student, subletting my room in a house walking distance from campus. The property is fully furnished, and is newly renovated. I am studying abroad for Winter and Spring quarters. I have two female roommates who are super chill and easygoing. Rent includes most utilities. Move-in date is flexible, and I am willing to discount rent. I would prefer January for move in, but could push to Febuarary. Also, I can remove any unwanted items from the room. Ask me any questions! Students preferred;
