Hey, my name is Ikechukwu and I currently have two rooms available in Northeast D.C near the Capitol, Navy Yard and Eastern Market! It's walking distance to many metros as well as, the White House! The rooms are $800 that share a bathroom. Furthermore, not only is the location amazing the owner is too, he's very laidback and as long as your clean and not troublesome he's very lenient! Were looking for a new tenant ready to move in asap or as late as November, if you have any questions feel free to contact me!
