About the space

Hi, I'm looking for a girl to take over my lease at the Hub Minneapolis. The lease would include a shared bedroom and bathroom, in which you will have your private space and bed. You will share the bedroom with another girl, and there is another girl in the unit (so you will have 2 roommates). The lease will start on May 1st and you can renew the lease after. The unit is already furnished, in-unit laundry, and other community amenities include free coffee and chocolate machine, pool, fancy gym, hot tub, free printing, etc. Parking available. This sublease is perfect for anyone who would like to live near campus (0-minute walk to the campus and located near the light rail station) and in a luxury apartment but pays little price. The normal rent for a month is $692 not including electricity, gas, etc... which is usually around $50. However, if you take the lease, I can support you with $100 a month (which means you only have to pay around $650 a month). If interested, DM me and we can discuss further.
