About the space

Absolutely enormous mansion featuring grand rooms with beautiful details and towering ceilings. Same architect as the Flood Mansion, a major San Francisco landmark. The mansion has been used for dozens of photo and video shoots by Williams Sonoma, Cost Plus, Loews, Gumps, Pottery Barn and others. There are vast common areas, on the first floor, and third floor. Second Floor 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Entry Floor (entered one flight of stairs from the driveway) - Kitchen, Vast Common areas, 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The massive common areas included two grand dining rooms, a large kitchen, and an enormous living room. The 100% modern Kitchen has many pots and pans, cutlery for 30 people +. If there is something you need, please ask. It will either already be here, or I will provide it, unless it is obscure and costly. Outdoors:T here are vast, beautiful outdoor spaces, with several furnished areas, in which to lounge and just enjoy the great many sunny days in Oakland (far sunnier than SF). Parking for at least 4 cars.
