House Rules

• Do not light candles or use incense.
• No smoking inside.
• No smoking around premises.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• ★No smoking of any kind.
• ★No parties (including pool parties) or events.
• ★Check-in is any time after 3:00 p.m. and checkout by 11:00 a.m.
• ★Self-check-in with lock code via your smartphone. You will need the Latch App.
• ★Long term stays (7 days or longer)- no refunds of any kind, for any reason. If you know prior to arriving that your stay may be cut short, please contact Airbnb to adjust your end date.
• ★Host will not provide refills or extras on any items.
• ★If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break if, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• ★No parties (including pool parties), events, birthday celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette stays or gatherings, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• ★Be respectful of the property.
• ★Be respectful of neighbors and residents that live in the apartment building and the community.
• ★Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
• ★Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• ★No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana or drugs at any time anywhere on the property.
• ★Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
• ★No loud music, talking, or disturbances of any kind, especially pass 10:00 p.m. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. This is a residential community. Please respect the neighbors who live here. If this rule is not honored, guests will be asked to leave the unit with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
• ★Wash clothes between 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• ★Pool hours are 11:00 a.m. – 8:30p.m. No pool parties. COVID-19 restrictions - no more than 10 people inside the pool, 6 ft apart.
• ★Lock doors AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• ★We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for items left behind.
• ★If you damage any items in apartment, you will be charged the amount to replace the item.
• FEES: Lost tv remote controls will result in a $100 charge per control.
• FEES: Smoking of any kind and drugs will result in a $300 charge.
• FEES: No parties, events, birthday celebrations, stays, gatherings, get-togethers, hangouts, etc. This will result in a $300 charge.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
• ★Early CHECK-INS – are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking if you can check-in early.
• ★LATE CHECKOUTS- must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11:00 a.m. check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night’s stay at the listing’s full price. Your code will be deactivated within 30mins after checkout.
• ★GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT- only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying prior to receiving access. Please let host know if amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed.
