  • All furniture and items must be returned where found upon checkout
  • No unplugging of electronics
  • No disrespecting or disturbing neighbors
  • No loud noises or music past 10pm
  • Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.
  • Check-in Time: 5pm - 2am
  • Check-Out Time: 10am

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid besides security deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 10 days before your move-in date.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
