About the space

My 3 brm historical row home has two private rooms for rent. Each has a writing desk and beautiful light with good closet and shelf space. Very quiet, safe and quaint neighborhood with free street parking. The location could not be better. Close to 695 , 83 , downtown and the county . Backyard and deck with patio furniture available for guests. Washer and dryer in the basement. One and a half baths available to share. One cat resides here and is very sweet. You are responsible for keeping your own room clean and if you cook cleaning up after yourself. I live here and work as a psychotherapist and artist. NO PETS . SHARED LIVING.I have allergies to chemical fragrances so please bring unscented washing detergent and other personal items . I will supply dyer sheets as the unscented ones are scented even though they say scented.
