Private 2-BR Cali king bed, 1-BA vacation rental. This space was created just to make you feel at home. Thoughtfully decorated with you in mind. This home comfortably sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen, AC/Heat, Gas stove, Full patio, grill, 2–24-hour pools w/pool toys, gym w/yoga mat ready for use, Smart Tv's in every room. While this adorable home is the perfect tucked away get away for you and the family, its location is perfectly located to everything you may need and wanted to do as well.
The space
Endless Entertainment
Every room has a smart TV, you can just log into any app and begin streaming just like at home. There is a bar area with a roulette shot game and some drinking card games as well. The living room has a DVD played and loads of DVDs in the drawer underneath. The hallway closet has pool floaties so you can enjoy some pool time, if you like. There is cards and dominoes as well. You can always just sit and enjoy the enclosed patio that comes with the unit. The sofas are ALL recliners, and the large sofa reclines into a bed for the perfect cuddle nights!! Truly the most amazingly comfortable sofa you may ever experience.
The custom-crafted wet bar makes mixing happy hour refreshments a breeze. There is an outdoor grill and table right outside the front door. It is covered with a huge cabana so the Arizona sun will not be baring down on you.
The rooms all have great memory foam mattress, or Toppers to give you a great sleep experience. We have an array of pillow options from soft to firm, for every sleeper type, because that does matter.
The bathroom has extra toothbrushes and toothpaste just in case you forgot yours :)
The hallway closet has an automatic blow-up queen mattress and yoga mat and weight bands that you can use in the apartment or take to gym for a quick work out.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with security cameras on the outside. Home has a blink doorbell camera which you can speak to me as well. The house is equipped with an electronic front door system, so you don't have to keep up with keys. The house is labelled so you know where everything goes and how to use anything in the home.
*Effective 1/9/2022 $150 noise deposit may be held upon check in, this is due to the brand-new law in effect, if any noise complaints are filed or reported, per neighbor, or police the deposit will be held. If there is no complaints made, then deposit will be refunded immediately after departure*
- Prior to your arrival, the home will be put through a 100-point inspection checklist to ensure everything is in immaculate condition. The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings. Every detail of the home and outdoor area has been planned with your comfort in mind.
