This tastefully furnished home is available for a one-month rental. We have worked with companies expensing this unit as a corporate expense. Rent is $5000/month, which includes all utilities, hi speed wifi. If you'd like one mid-stay housekeeping/cleaning by our masked cleaner, add $200/month. If you'd like use of a dedicated garage parking spot, add $200/month. We will consider discounts for longer term rentals with all amenities included.
