I am transferring to The Ohio State University in the spring semester and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.
This is a 4 person townhouse spread over 3 floors. Large fully furnished bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in closet. Comes equipped with a washer and dry. Large kitchen and fully furnished living room with a TV.
This townhouse is connected through the verge cincinnati and is located at 165 W McMillian St, however the townhomes are one street back on Lyons St. Great location as it is less than a 10 minute walk to campus.
The rent is $1,199 a month excluding water and electricity. Additional, this comes with a safe underground parking permit for another $100 a month.
