WE ARE TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION TO PROTECT OUR GUESTS BY USING CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON THE CDC-APPROVED LIST OF DISINFECTANTS. We offer Special Discounts for Summer Bookings and long-term reservations! Please send us a message! :) There are two single beds in the bedroom (which can be combined to equal a king) and a pull-out sofa bed that is double. The bedroom has sheets, a comforter, and duvet cover, four large pillows with pillow cases, and a quality reading light. A full kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a coffee maker, toaster, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and silverware for 6. Even more – there are pots and pans, knives, spatulas, measuring cups, whisks, cheese grater, colander, and cutting board. You can feel secure living here. There's a deadbolt on the front door plus an additional steel security door, a well-lit enclosed patio with a high private fence, and locking windows and patio door with privacy blinds. Relax on the private, outdoor furnished patio. Parking is included, and the washer and dryer are on-site and coin-operated. Guest access: There is a lockbox at the property for you to get inside. Check-in time is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Getting around: There are buses and public transit within 2-4 blocks. In addition, the freeways and CalTrain are not far. Your unit will be cleaned before you arrive- which is what the cleaning fee is for. We do not provide ongoing cleanings or housekeeping, but we provide a broom, a mop, kitchen rugs, toilet brush, etc (cleaning supplies) List of consumables: toilet paper, tissue paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap. Those supplies will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay. If more than 2 guests, the 3rd guest will be charged $7/night.

Please note that there is a city ordinance in Mt View regarding "" No Smoking"" in multi-unit residences. If you will be caught smoking, you will have to pay the fine imposed by the city and we will have to end your lease effective immediately." - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - PARKING: 1 carport parking spot is reserved for you. Parking spots are labeled by unit. Our parking spot is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park on the street. Please follow and watch for street parking signs and time restrictions carefully. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -LATE CHECKOUT: $100 fee + nightly rate (please be advised that we book our cleaners in advance and if you decide to extend your stay on the day of your check out after 11AM- you will be charged a late checkout fee. This is to cover our cleaners rebooking fee) - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. By booking with us you accept that: 1. If guest/s uses more than 50% of the average utilities (electricity, water, gas) of similar units then the guest will have to pay the difference. 2. Cancellation Policy

No amounts paid will be refunded when the renter cancels.

Note: This cancellation policy only applies if you cancel before your move-in date. Any terms in a signed agreement supersede this cancellation policy, so make sure the policy in the lease is correct before signing.
