The yard is almost an acre with a beautiful deck which the guest can use if they like. This house also offers the use of two Kayaks for summer use if guest desires. The house is located near a lake and near the home of Andrew Jackson. There is also golfing within two blocks from the house. This part of Nashville is a very historical part and the neighborhood is very quaint with houses over 100 years old. Home owners in this area keep their properties well maintained. The home is about 25 minutes to Nashville downtown.
