*Private apartment attached to main home. *Private gated entrance. *Ring camera and motion sensor lights which you gain access to upon move in. *Keypad door lock. *Large gated private outdoor patio. *Living room features pull out bed for approved occasional weekend guest. *Private office (your second room). *Private high speed internet *THERE IS ONE A/C UNIT SHARED BY ENTIRE HOME controlled by Nest Thermostat. You do have a thermostat sensor in your apartment which helps gauge the temperature at all times. I generally program the thermostat to be 74 degrees Fahrenheit during the day; 69-70 degrees at night. I'm flexible a degree or two and there are ceiling fans in every room.
