About the space
Hello! We have a four bedroom house that is fully furnished with both first floor common space and a basement. All you will need is your bedroom furniture, this room is on the second story of the house and has a shared jack and jill bathroom. Rent starts at $600 with a $600 deposit that can be used as your last month's rent. We split utilities evenly between all four people this will be Water, BGE and Comcast (ranges between 100-200 extra depending on the usage for that month) and paid through cash-app or venmo. We have 3 cats in the house so I would prefer someone without any more pets to bring in. There are currently 3 people in the house we have known each other for a few years and have been here for almost 2 years now, we are all currently students at both Morgan State and Towson. We have a driveway and room for parking on the street in front of the house. We are a 10 minute drive to Morgan State University and about 15 minutes to Towson University, there are grocery stores within a 5 minute drive and we are fairly close to the city. The property is in the city but we are right on the county line touching Parkville.
