Private Bedroom, living room, bathroom in basement available in our beautiful, 4,700 sq ft home in Denver!
We are 13 minutes from Skyridge Hospital, 15 minutes from Childrens hospital, 19 min from Parker Adventist and 9 minutes from the Medical Center of Aurora. The main upstairs has a large great room, formal dining room, kitchen with dining area, office, laundry room, two full bathrooms, our master bedroom and an additional bedroom. The downstairs has a gym, large living room sitting area with sectional couch, TV and pool table (includes peacock, Netflix, HBO max, and Amazon prime video), kitchenette with your own fridge, two additional bedrooms, and mother-in-law bathroom. The bedroom also includes a large closet. There is plenty of space in our home and we keep two bedrooms empty during your stay. The entire home is furnished, including the room we are renting out. The backyard is fenced in with patio furniture, cornhole boards, croquet, and a gas fire pit. No pets allowed.
We are renting out the space for $1,100 a month including utilities. Our home is located at the intersection of Hampden and Yosemite. Please let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions!
