Clean comforter, pillow, and linens are ready for your rest at your arrival. We provide weekly cleaning for the common areas to keep the shared space clean and organized. Daily supplies such as toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning tools are also provided for you and other housemates. Woodside is in a safe neighborhood and is close to the subway and bus stops. There are several supermarkets, laundromats, and restaurants in the area. Just 8-9 mins from 7 express train 61 St Station. 8th floor of a nine-story condominium with elevator. Doorman, in-unit washer/dryer, weekly cleaning service for common area, toiletries included. • This is a shared apartment, where the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.
• Housekeeping comes once a week to clean the common areas.
• Due to New York regulations, the bedroom does not have a lock, but a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door for your privacy.
• The majority of rooms have a closet with a lock to store valuables.
• June through Sept - AC is installed during the summertime.
• Oct through May) - heating is turned on when the outside temperature drops below 55°F
• No towels are provided. Kindly bring your own towels.
• No outside shoes inside.
• Overnight guests are subject to approval and fees ($10/night) and are limited to a maximum of 7 nights, and they’re your responsibility.
• For consideration for your housemates, we have quiet hours between 10 pm to 10 am.
• Please refer to your designated kitchen cabinets and fridge spaces, and recycle.
• Please respect the common spaces, keep them clean, and be mindful of your housemates.

Cancellation Policy

All amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before your move-in date.
