About the space
Welcome to your private, fully furnished studio in Point Breeze. Please read the full description of the apartment and neighborhood before making a reservation.
🏘️ The Neighborhood:
Point Breeze is located in the fastest growing zip code in the city and has quickly transformed into a beautiful neighborhood with many amenities. Everything you need is within a 2-10 minute walk - groceries, bars/restaurants, coffee shops, indego bike rentals, a park with playground/tennis courts, and much more. These are some of my favorite spots in the neighborhood:
- OCF Coffee House (1 block) - Great coffee shop with many vegan pastry options that you can walk to in 60 seconds.
- On Point Restaurant - (1 block) Awesome brunch and dinner spot. The challah french toast is a life saver.
- Small Oven Pastry Shop/Porco's Philly - Award winning bakery that has both sweet and savory creations. Their snickerdoodle cookies are ridiculously good.
- Dock Street Brewery (2 blocks) - A very popular brewery with a legit wood-fired pizza menu + tons of beer and cocktail-to-go options. Pro tip - there is a beer distribution company right down the block too that also has dozens (or maybe hundreds) of options if you're into beer and don't see what you like here.
- Community Bar PHL (<1 block) - Recently addition to the neighborhood that has an amazing menu of food and drinks including a great burger and truffle fries combo.
I've called Point Breeze home for 7 years (and currently reside in the unit right below this listing) so please feel free to ask me any questions that you may have about the area, commute times, or just general advice. The thing I like about this particular block and why I moved here is that it's quiet, has many long term residents and everything is so close. Call me crazy but I think it's the best block in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, are easygoing, and will be respectful to neighbors (including respecting quiet hours) this place will be great match for you.

The space has just been completely renovated from top to bottom and everything is powered 100% by electricity. The unit features:
