This is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath executive home situated in Lake Berkley Resort, an immaculately maintained gated community 15 minutes from the Disney World Main gate and close to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World. The villa can accommodate upto 8 guests, be it a small/large family or even two families. Hi speed WiFi internet access and air conditioning throughout the villa is provided free of charge. The villa has a large welcoming sitting room with sofas and large screen multi channel cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and will save you lots of money compared to buying drinks/snacks/meals at a hotel. It has its own heated pool in the back porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.. A second “master” bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms each have two twin size beds, providing flexibility for visiting guests. The villa has an extra-large pool deck and a covered lania, perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner.
