Aloha! This is a very Charming room in a beautiful Manoa house, ideally located right next to Manoa Marketplace and Starbucks. Convenient for public transportation. Gorgeous view of mountains. Features backyard and deck. Central air, gas stove, and other amenities included. Room is fully furnished with bed, desk, bookshelf, Smart TV and other available furniture items. I will be running a small in-home daycare during the daytime, caring for up to six small children. Renter must comply with requirements to be background-checked and screened to live in a house where childcare is taking place. There is a rental discount offered for a person who would be willing to help me around the house and/or with childcare.
