Thomas Lodge "New York" was completely overhauled several years ago. It is located on the upper floor of a small building with just 4 homes.
The condo opens to the kitchen and living area. The open concept living area/kitchen features a dining table for 6 (expands to accommodate more), wall-mounted television with robust DirecTV package and DVD player, queen size sleeper sofa (with highest end sofa bed mattress on the market) and a kitchen counter with three bar stools. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, oven, electric range and microwave. The living room has French doors leading to a large balcony (over 100 square feet) with a beautiful view of Madison Valley.
Off the kitchen is a hall. Here, you will find a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The smaller of two bedrooms is on your left. It is furnished with a queen size bed. This bedroom has direct access to the large balcony mentioned earlier.
There is a full bathroom just across the hall.
The master bedroom is at the end of the hall. It is furnished with a *king size bed* and nightstand, plus a dresser with mirror. There is a spacious closet. The master bedroom also features an en suite full bathroom.
All bedrooms and the living area offer plenty of natural light from the windows, but shades provide adequate darkness for lazy mornings sleeping in.
With this rental, you also get dedicated, secure off-street parking for one small to mid sized car in the garage just below the building. Street parking is free and plentiful.
Each unit in this building has been decorated to pay homage to a meaningful location from our past. This home has a New York theme, with tasteful and playful decor celebrating your host's affinity for the Big Apple.
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.
You will have access to the entire condo, including garage parking for one car (and plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles). Additional garage parking may be available with prior arrangement.

Madison Valley
Your home is a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods (Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union). Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont are more easily accessed by car.
Your home offers garage parking for one car. Street parking for additional cars is plentiful and free.
