About this space Our Serenity's Palace, light-filled, Scandinavian inspired home is a beautiful place to rest while you enjoy the magic of Dallas. The house is at a cul-de-sac with breathtaking views with trees around. Carefully choosing decor with wood accents provide a relaxing atmosphere and a tranquil setting. The space Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with a double/king. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics you need to cook meals: range oven, microwave, mini dishwasher, coffee machine, full size fridge, dishes, glassware and cookware. There is also a two person hot tub out in the back garden along the path overlooking the private window that you’re more than welcome to enjoy at your leisure! Please note that very deep cleaning is completed before every guest check in including washing with bleach all linens and towels and disinfecting all surfaces. Our goal is to create a safe and clean haven for your visit. Guest access Your home is completely private with fence all around. We do ask that you respect our neighbors privacy; just as they will respect your privacy and rental. PARKING: Our guest will park in front of the garage and in the garage.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Check in after 1500hrs or 3:00pm 2) Check in and door code will be active on or before 3:00 pm 3) Please inform the HOST of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out before 10:00 am - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash - Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and run the load. - Strip linens from all used beds - Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. There will be $50 per item that, HOST has to move to original place. Our Home | Your home away from Home| 3317 HOUSE RULES: - No smoking | No burning incense | No sagging | - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Please don’t temper with Internet/Wi-Fi. Host will have to come in and have to inspect. You will be charged. - Quite time begins 10:00 pm to 8:00 am -No eating in bedroom nor in the couches. - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Please report any damages that occur during your stay to the HOST -Please do not use bathroom and Kitchen decor towels -Please know that trash pick-up days are Thursdays. Placed all trash in the blue and green bin in-front of the garage and put it at the curb on previous nights or early morning for pick up. *** Some guests have allergies to bacon so please last day of your stay do not burn bacon.*** PARKING - Park all vehicles in-front of the garage driveway. Garage can hold one car. - It is prohibited to park on the grass -No parking in-front of the house. Enjoy your stay.
