About the space

Looking for someone to replace me in my shared house in Squirrel Hill. Fully furnished bedroom (bed, desk, chair, drawers, closet, etc.) Move in January 17 or later, and the lease is until the end of May (so no need to pay rent over summer if planning to move for fall). About a 10 minute bus ride from CMU, 17 minute ride from Pitt, with buses every half hour. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and a 2 minute walk from Five Points, an excellent bakery & cafe. Communal full size kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, and dining area.
