• 1. Parties And Events are Not Allowed. ($2,000 automatic penalty fee – nonrefundable) 2. The Primary Gest booking the property must be 21+. A form of ID is required for the primary guest and all other guests. 3. No overnight unregistered guests/visitors allowed. ($300 penalty fee per unregistered guest – nonrefundable) 4. No pets allowed. ($1,000 penalty fee per pet – nonrefundable) 5. Guests must comply with parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. The guest is solely responsible for any parking tickets, violations, or towing. 6. No smoking inside the home. ($1,000 penalty fee – nonrefundable) 7. Please don’t rearrange the furniture 8. No shoes inside the home. 9. Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. and end at 8 a.m. We want to be respectful of our neighbors 10. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 11. No illegal substances/activities allowed on the premises (weapons, drugs, and sex workers are not allowed on this property.) 12. Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher, not in the sink – except for kitchen knives. 13. Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles. 14. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 15. Report any damage and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. 16. Please note that for your safety there is a doorbell camera, outdoors cameras, and noise aware devices installed in this property. The cameras are not monitored 24/7 and are only there in case there is an incident that warrants us to assist law enforcement or other third party short-term rental partners in an investigation. There is $350 penalty fee for tempering with each of these devices in any way. 17. Fake Tan Policy: Any forms of tanning that leave stains on bed sheets & furniture are prohibited and violators will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $250. 18. Check-In And Check-Out Times & Rules: Check-in is at 3 PM on the first day & Check-out is at 11 am on the last day of your reservation. • We have a late check out fee of $50 if you check out 30 min past the official check out time. If you check out more than 2 hours after the official check-out time, there is a non-refundable fee equivalent to one nightly rate for the property (For example if the property nightly rate is $250, you will be required to pay a penalty fee of $250. Paying this fee does not grant you the right to stay in the property an extra night. You will be considered a trespasser if you fail to leave the property) 19. By booking your stay, you agree to forfeit your ability to leave a public review should you break any of the house rules.
