<House rules> - Check-in: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Checkout: 11:00 AM - No smoking - No pets - No parties or events - This is a shared apartment where the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. - Housekeeping comes once a week to clean the common areas. - Due to New York regulations, the bedroom does not have a lock, but a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door for your privacy. - The majority of rooms have a closet with a lock to store valuables. - June through Sept - AC is installed during the summertime. - Oct through May) - heating is turned on when the outside temperature drops below 55°F - No towels are provided. Kindly bring your own towels. <Other House Guidelines> 1. No outside shoes inside. 2. Overnight guests are subject to approval and fees ($10/night) and are limited to a maximum of 7 nights, and they’re your responsibility. 3. For consideration for your housemates, we have quiet hours between 10 pm to 10 am. 4. Please refer to your designated kitchen cabinets and fridge spaces, and recycle. 5.
