My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd woman roommate starting March 1 (flexible) in our luxury 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Bedstuy. The room is $1400 a month + utilities. The available room is the largest (10x13) and fully furnished. There's access to a rooftop above us, two terraces in the unit, a gym downstairs, laundry in the building, a virtual doorman with a private mailroom, a bike rack, and ample street parking. All of this is accessible with a key fob.
