Nestled in the most peaceful corner in east Hollywood, this gem boasts proximity to LA hotspots like Silverlake, Koreatown, Los Feliz, and Hollywood. This highly centralized location is perfect for those that want a calm and relaxing space while still being close all the buzz and nightlife in LA. As with most of the city, there are numerous eateries, shops, and cafes in the vicinity. And if you're interested in exploring the greater expanses of LA, freeway access is literally around the corner!
The space
This is a 3-bed/2-bath home conveniently located in Hollywood by the 101 Freeway. After parking in the courtyard directly in front of your unit, you will type in your door code to enter. As you enter, you'll be greeted by vibrant colors and a welcoming ambiance. Remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack before entering further. In the living room, there is a yellow couch and a green couch positioned in front of the TV. Next to that is the dining table in front of the kitchen. Walk down the corridor past the washer/dryer to the 3 bedrooms. Select your favorite room and enjoy your stay!!

Most basic missions can be accomplished by walking, but for greater distances in LA, driving is best. Multiple main roads lead to this location making this home logistically pleasing. While the area is up and coming, it is still quite peaceful with many families living in the area. Parking for up to two is available in the alley leading to the backyard.

And for all families with kids and game enthusiasts, feel free to ask us about renting a PS5 during your stay! It’s $100 for 3 days and each day after for $15/day. If interested, we will send over a list of games we can provide.
