About the space

hi everyone! we are looking for 1-2 girls to sublease our fully furnished room at 1301 for the spring 2024 semester (january- may). the bedroom is a spacious 2 bed (can accommodate just one person or two) and comes with your own bathroom as well. the two other girls living here are both nursing majors who focus on school, love early happy hour, and watching greys anatomy. rent would be $850 per month for your own room (1 person) or $714 for two people with utilities/energy being around $40 extra per month per person. we are willing to negotiate please DM if you’re interested!
