About the space

Great downtown neighborhood -- a few minutes walk to Caltrain station, year-round farmer's market, cafes, live music. Charming heritage neighborhood and house (built in 1930). Hardwood floors, original fireplace, inviting front yard. We're a small family very used to having housemates. We're gone fairly often, but bustling and busy when at home. Looking for a quiet addition to our household.
