Just a short walk from the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can get on the streetcar “trolley” that'll take you to the French Quarter is a new construction 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious house. With a bohemian/modern decor vibe, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of all New Orleans has to offer. Being located in Central City, in close proximity to all parts of the city, makes our place an ideal accommodation for all. Driving distance to St Charles Ave (Also Mardi Gras Parade Route) – 3 min (0.5 mi) 9 min walk Bourbon St - French Quarter – 9 min (2.2 mi) Central Business District “CBD” 5 min (1.2 mi) Convention Center -8 min (1.8 mi) Smoothie King Center 5 min (1.4 mi) Mercedes-Ben Super Dome - 5 min (1.2 mi) 1st FLOOR BEDROOM 1 Master bedroom Gold/Coral - Comfortably sleeps 2 people - bedroom has a king size bed and a 43” smart TV BEDROOM 2 Grey/White - Comfortably sleeps 2 people -bedroom has a queen size bed BATHROOM 1 Inside master bedroom- Spacious shower plus jet tub 1/2 BATHROOM Located in the hallway of the bedrooms 2nd FLOOR BEDROOM 3 White/Blue - Has 4 full-size beds comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 people on each bed, depending on size of individual, this is an open loft area room. BEDROOM 4- Cream/Black - queen size bed BEDROOM 5 - Gold/black - queen size bed BATHROOM 2 Located in the hallway of the bedrooms KITCHEN- is fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc. DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM – Open floor plan allows enough space for 10 people to lounge in the living room and dining comfortably. Wifi , Netflix included – 55” smart tv. PARKING- There is free street parking. We send our guests an illustrated pdf before their stay with a list of initial supplies we provide and recommendations for some of our favorite local spots!

House Rules

  • No smoking inside.
  • No parties.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • ~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY~~ The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons and should NOT exceed, only registered guests are allowed in the property at all times. NO PARTIES.
  • ~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~ The full names of all guests occupying the property (visiting or staying) must be registered. A valid picture ID will register each guest(s) prior to check in. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. Google form will be filled out for emergency contact and agreeing of rules. $500 fee and immediate termination of reservation for unregistered guests. No pets . Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
  • ~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~ There is a surveillance camera that captures ONLY the front entry of the house. The noise sensor detects noise levels in and out of the house. If they reach 70 decibels or higher, which is the legal limit in a residential area, you will receive a message notifying you to lower the volume. If this continues, we will respectfully ask that you vacate the property immediately. If police are called you will be liable for the $1,000 fine. Neither device is to be tampered with it will automatically send us an alert. If tampered with you will receive a warning, if it repeats this will terminate your reservation.
  • ~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ~~ CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 P.M. Early check in must be arranged in advance, if available $45 per hour will apply. CHECK OUT is 11:00 A.M. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins.
  • ~~SMOKING~~ NO SMOKING AT ALL inside the property.
  • ~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~ $100 will be charged for failure to return any and all rental property related keys.
  • ~~TOILETS~~ DO NOT FLUSH anything other than waste. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages for the total cost of repair.
  • ~~LINENS/HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~ Linens are to be used for its sole purpose and not to clean cars ,shoes, make up (makeup washcloths are provided) etc. If linens are damaged a fee will apply to replace item(s). We do not permit any household items to be taken from the property. Missing/damaged items will incur a fee to replace item(s).
  • ~~CHECK OUT PROCEDURE~~ Wash all dirty dishes & put all trash in trash bags
