This spacious home has its own sunroom, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a decorative fireplace and Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king mattress with a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms have queen mattresses, TVs, and fresh bed & bath linens! There is a fourth bedroom which is locked and used for storage. The fireplace is purely decorative and non-functional. There is a one-car garage available for guest use with a large driveway. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a side-by-side fridge and is stocked with kitchenware and cookware as well as cooking basics. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events. Children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply.
