This listing has a non-refundable standard $300 cleaning fee that will be taken from security deposit upon move out. The fee ensures that the space will be thoroughly cleaned and it's cleanliness returned prior to the next guest.
A Utility Allowance is included when a rental is booked. $100 utility and water allowance per unit or $50 utility and water allowance per bed space is included, guests are responsible for any overages. For ease of transaction, overages are taken from the renter's security deposit.
