House Rules

• Do not light candles or use incense.
• No smoking inside.
• No smoking around premises.
• No parties.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, vaping is included If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area.
• Only service dogs are allowed at the property
• Every single guest need to be register and provide proof of ID with picture prior to check in
• Maximum of 10 people are allowed at the property.
• Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No exceptions. Pool hours are from 8:00am through 9:00pm
• Accidents happen. That’s life. In the unfortunate event guest has broken or damaged something at the property, please report it to us. The cost of the damage is more than the security deposit or if extra cleaning should be involved, the cost incurred will be billed to the guests.
• There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage
• . I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
• 3. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
• If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
• If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
• A maximum of 6 visitors is allowed during the day.
• Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
• It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
• Any small gathering is restricted to five people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.
• Please park your vehicle in the designated space. In the event that you need to park on-street, please keep our neighbors in consideration and ensure that you don’t block access to their properties. Our garage is off-limits for any vehicles
• No food or beverages are allowed inside the pool or jacuzzi
• Swimwear is request when using the pool or jacuzzi.
• Please clean the grill after is being used.
• Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
• In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.
• Please use only plastic cups when dining outside
• lease double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices (including the air conditioning) before you go out.
• You’re welcome to use the washer, but just make sure that you don’t overload it.
• We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin.
• .Any paper waste should be placed in the blue recycling bin.
• Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided grey trash cans for this in both bathrooms.
• Please take care of the furnishing , you have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don't rearrange the furniture
• Please do your dishes
• Please take the trash out before your leave.
• No illegal substances are allowed in the premises.
• Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation. 29. If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us. 30. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
