Close to Santa Clara University (SCU) and San Jose State University (SJSU) The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Washer/Dryer Swimming Pool Parking This room is for one person, sorry no couples. I am a working professional male in my early 40s and I'm seeking an honest and dependable housemate. All common areas are for you to use, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, some storage space etc. I have a golden retriever, but not looking for more pets. He is wonderful and will probably like you more than he likes me.
