Things to know • The primary guest must be at least 21 years old on the day of check-in. • Pools are closed for safety purposes. • Starting January 1, 2016, we no longer allow motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers on the property. • Please note: the property is located in Myrtle Beach, not North Myrtle Beach. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. House rules • Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: $200. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Late check out is only available based on availability (need to check on the same day with housekeeper). If late check out is NOT available, we do request our guests to free the unit by specified check out time. Not complying with this rule is subject to Penalty of up to ONE full night's stay rate.
