About the space

At the Francis, each bedroom has a king sized bed with comfortable bedding and a dedicated work area. Two king bedrooms are on the main level. *Bedroom 1* Is the master suite on the main level with a king bed with a mattress you won’t want to get up from! 50 inch 4K smart TV, work station, an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large LED mirrors, 2 large walk in closets, a stand-alone luxury shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate toilet area. Beautiful barn door leads you from the master into the en-suite and another barn door leads you to a hidden closet! This closet has a vanity with a mirror and built in light, a comfortable stool, and baby items such as pack n play and an area to hang your outfits for that night out! *Bedroom 2* on the main floor also has an ultra comfortable king bed, a closet, and a work station. Every room has table lamps with charging ports. *Kitchen* Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and dining needs including pots, pans, utensils, knives, plates, bowls, wine glasses, martini glasses, bar kit, oil/salt/pepper/vinegar. Induction stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, freezer, a movie house popcorn machine, ice machine, filtration jug, fully stocked coffee area with a Keurig and French press. A walk-in spacious pantry. Fire extinguisher is on the kitchen counter. * Dining room* You can enjoy dinner with friends and family on the main floor dinning with chairs and very comfortable window seats with custom cushions. More seating available at the kitchen bar with two high end bar stools. *Living room* features a luxury couch and several comfortable seats for those intimate conversations along with a 65 inch 4K smart TV. * Laundry room* Main floor has a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, soap and softener for all your laundry needs. Ironing board and iron are in the coat closet by the main foyer. Cleaning supplies are also in this closet. * Gym* Second level features a dedicated gym with a Norditrack treadmill, yoga area with mats, blocks and resistance bands. *Bedroom 3* Second floor has a large bedroom with a king bed and work station. Upstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combo and 2 sinks! All sinks have LED mirrors. Super easy to bathe children in this tub which has an overhead and a hand shower. *Game room* is on the second level and has a pool table, 60 game arcade machine, board games, cards, and an area for younger kids to enjoy. *Backyard* has a comfortable sitting area with a fire pit and grill combo, tools are in kitchen cabinet, corn hole and horseshoe. BBQ and smore equipment and gloves are in the kitchen closet next to the stove. *Closets* Coat closet in the main foyer has ample hangers, iron, iron board, some cleaning supplies. All bedroom closets have hangers, laundry baskets and luggage racks. *Fiber optic internet, so you can work and play!!* 2 car garage has EV charger, another 2 car parking in the drive way.
