About the space

Please take this room off my hands before the start of the semester! Only $550/month!!! If you are looking for an affordable place in a convenient location, this is it. This room is move in ready and located right across the street from Homewood Campus (The Carlton). It is a super cozy place with two awesome roommates (1 male and 1 female) and a cat. You will have internet access, a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a closet, and a desk. The mattress in the picture will also be available for use. I am looking for a long-term subleasing agreement until May. At that point, you are also welcome to take over the lease from me. I am also more inclined to hand the place over to an undergraduate than anyone else.
