• House Rules: *All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply. 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music or conversation. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for anyone not declared on the reservation. 4. Pets are allowed with an extra fee. 5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. 6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $100 each. 7. Standard check-out is 11 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $35 to check out at 12pm. Any later and an additional night will be charged. 8. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $35 to check in at 3pm. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 9. Everything in the apartment is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. 12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties.
